Dan Cassin was great, as usual (I’ve been a customer for 9 years and counting, always helped by him)! Service center took longer than I thought was necessary, as usual. The salesman was excellent (Dan C). Everything was going great until they put me in a room with a saleswoman (Mai) who initially claimed she was doing my purchase paperwork. After some confusing back and forth, her personality completely changed into a dragon-like entity. More forceful "hard sell" extended warrantee selling -- I have never witnessed. Since I was so fatigued from an early morning & very long drive, I didnt have the wherewithal to just firmly say no, and continue to say no. She was exploiting my desire to have a pleasant transaction and honestly it was unreal. She never relented for 2 hours. I have to knock the dealership for not keeping me safe from her, and for her to waste so much of my time during a day that I was expecting to be a pleasant transaction. It turned my day into a nightmare. I cant recommend anyone go there to the dealership because of her aggression. It was awful. (Plus she was joking about "making stuff up... and like a time share, the number kept dropping over the many long minutes -- a product that started at 4K ended up at 2.5k. How is that possible? A bunch of xx! More
