I don’t get excited about buying a new car when I don’t truly need one — they’re expensive and a depreciating asset. So, when I do make the decision, I want to work with people who are knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. During my buying process, I worked with Dan Rake, Used Car Director, and Michael Johnson, Product Specialist. Both were excellent to work with and are real assets to the dealership. They were professional, informed, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. It’s because of them that I chose to purchase a new car from Tamiami Hyundai. More

Great dealership to work with ! Dean in sales was excellent through the buying process. I do not recommend this dealer. The internet price was hiked up with many extra fees that made no sense. The car I bought from them refused to start very next day. It vibrates on id The internet price was hiked up with many extra fees that made no sense. The car I bought from them refused to start very next day. It vibrates on idle and latch in the trunk doesn’t work to lay the seat flat. I took it back to them explaining that it had to be a starter issue as the battery was fine and key fob was working. They replaced the battery two days later and told me that I was on my own. Here’s the kicker, the service report says that I reported a dead battery. The problem became even worse after that. It went from being an intermittent problem to the car not starting at all. Now the car sits in the driveway unable to start. I have a car payment due next month on a car that’s not even drivable unless I sink even more money into it. Now I wonder what else might be wrong with this car. More

Other than the day of the purchase the lack of communication between myself and staff along with staff talking to other staff has been very frustrating. Issues which are still not resolved ar communication between myself and staff along with staff talking to other staff has been very frustrating. Issues which are still not resolved are- Garage door opener in rear view mirror still does not work, the spaint issue on rear passenger side bumper seems to have been a defect but apparently I had to pay for it. To coming back multiple times now to have the ceramic coating applied again to the paint issue area when the paint issue shoud have been taken care of prior to the coating. Communication between sales and service leaves a lot to be desired. More
