My Review of Metro Toyota:
We were thrilled with our experience. First, we located our 2009 Venza on carguru.com, and found that it was available for a good price--the best in West Michigan. We had done quite a bit of shopping around, and no one else came close to the price we could get at Metro. No other dealership was interested in our trade-in, which was an older Toyota. Dan called us, based upon our online inquiry, and it was immediately apparent that he wanted us to be happy with our experience. He was willing to talk numbers even over the phone--try getting that from most sales people! We knew that driving to Kalamazoo from Grand Haven was going to be worthwhile. When we got to Metro, everyone was friendly and helpful. Often, when sales people know that you're already committed to working with their colleague, they're indifferent. These people were terrific. And the dealership was bustling! Obviously, it's not a secret that this is a great place to buy a car. Dan bent over backwards to give us a great deal on a beautiful car. Since meeting him, we've told just about everyone we know about him and Metro Toyota. We want to send people his way!
