Service was extremely quick and setting an appointment was easy. I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicle here. However, the pricing online was misleading. When setting an appointment it says was easy. I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicle here. However, the pricing online was misleading. When setting an appointment it says the price for the works package is 39.99. When I paid my total was approximately $71. I was told the 39.99 only covered labor and that the 6 quarts of oil and filter were charged separately. That was extremely misleading and I was frustrated with that aspect. More

Clean waiting room and knowledgeable but they called me 3 times after my car was in the shop to tell me additional problems that my car had and to add to the price that I was quoted. As a single woman, I fe times after my car was in the shop to tell me additional problems that my car had and to add to the price that I was quoted. As a single woman, I felt like I had no option but to believe them and OK the procedures. There was no way to confirm that my car indeed had these issues and given the fact that I needed my car asap, I had no choice but to say go ahead. Once I got back to the dealership, I had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to find the paperwork on my car. Just little issues but wish they could have been avoided. More
