Sales person was great. Service has been poor. Bought an extended warranty with oil change included. Service continually attempts to charge for oil change. I have to Service has been poor. Bought an extended warranty with oil change included. Service continually attempts to charge for oil change. I have to point out the warranty. Most recent, Dropped the vehicle off for a major issue, Service found no issues after I clearly described how to reproduce the issue. It took 2 months to get in for the service. Kept the car for 2 days and did not offer a loaner. I had to rent a car. So a warranty service still cost me since no loaner was provided. When purchasing the extended warranty, finance mentioned all service would be covered. This question was specifically asked. Turns out, not all is covered. I will not purchase a Ford again. More
