Most recent, Dropped the vehicle off for a major issue, Service found no issues after I clearly described how to reproduce the issue. It took 2 months to get in for the service. Kept the car for 2 days and did not offer a loaner. I had to rent a car. So a warranty service still cost me since no loaner was provided. When purchasing the extended warranty, finance mentioned all service would be covered. This question was specifically asked. Turns out, not all is covered. I will not purchase a Ford again. More

Daniel was responsive, helpful, explained all of our options with patience, answered all of our questions, was very kind. And showed us pics of his dogs 😊. We were turning in a car that was leased options with patience, answered all of our questions, was very kind. And showed us pics of his dogs 😊. We were turning in a car that was leased in NJ, and discussed the complications due to supply chain and low inventories. He guided us to our best option, keeping in mind our financial concerns. We left with the right car and deal for us. The space itself is clean and comfortable. Really good experience overall. More
