I hate doing negative reviews, however, if this saves one person from going through what I am it is worth it. If I could give negative stars I would. I will never return to this dealership. Mercedes has lost person from going through what I am it is worth it. If I could give negative stars I would. I will never return to this dealership. Mercedes has lost a customer for life. When turning in my lease and getting into a new vehicle, Mercedes paid off the remainder of my lease. Months later I started to receive calls saying I was late on my car payment. I have never once been late. After endless call to MBFS they finally were able to tell me that the late payment was for my old lease (that I was told was paid off in FULL). It was then a back and forth with the dealership of trying to get things figured out. Their response time is horrendous. I would be told they were looking into it and taking care of it and hear nothing so I would assume it was taken care of. Then I got a collection call. After speaking to the collections representative and explaining the situation, they directed me back to MBFS who then directed me back to the dealership. This merry go round of horrific customer service finally came to a head when I received an alert that I now have a negative mark on my credit report. Once again MBFS was a not at all helpful over the phone and suggested I go to the dealership in person and or file a dispute. I went that same day (a Saturday) and spoke to a Manager. He said he was unable to look into anything as it was a weekend which is understandable and that I would hear back from him by Tuesday. When I had not heard anything by Thursday I called and was told to give him until tomorrow. It is now Friday and I have been told there is nothing they will do for me. The payment is owed even though I was told that the car was paid off in full. They are saying it was due to a deferred payment from when the hurricane hit. A deferment I did not even ask for! The Sales manager himself said to both myself and my husband that it is not clear when you are told the car is paid off in full as they don't know about these balances. So basically a Mercedes Benz dealership is saying they are unaware of a balance that is through Mercedes Benz Financial Services? Their own financing?? They admit that their system clearly has a flaw and is not transparent to customers but are unwilling to do anything about it?? Now I, the consumer is stuck paying what I was told had been taken care of as well as having a derogatory mark on my credit report! The payment has been made to MBFS and they were unable to guarantee removal of this hit to my credit. I am appalled. I have never in my life received such terrible customer service . Both the dealership and MBFS totally dropped the ball and have lost a customer for life. I will NEVER deal with them again and want to warn anyone else considering them to steer clear! More

Had it as a loaner and traded mine in for it! Bought 2017 c300. Extremely low miles. AMG wheels. Just a beautiful car. Has so many bells and whistles that I still haven’t leaned all it can do! The only thing I didn’t like is finance guy was only able to provide me with 3.2% interest rate if I bought the extended warranty. I bought it but will be canceling it soon. I still have 4 year initial warranty on the car and $2,400 for 2 year extended warranty is excessively priced. I will shop other Mercedes-Benz dealers for extended warranty once my 4 years is almost up More

I have purchased several vehicles in my days and this was - by far - the best car buying experience I've ever had. Prior to arriving, I expressed my nerves and apprehensions. It was the unknown and the amoun - by far - the best car buying experience I've ever had. Prior to arriving, I expressed my nerves and apprehensions. It was the unknown and the amount of potential time I would spend at the store that was leaving me anxious. However, from the first step into Mercedes, my nerves were calmed. Dan Tran was outstanding. I couldn't lift a finger as he was always one step ahead of my every move. The preliminary paperwork was filled out effortlessly. Working with Tim Dalzell in Finance was equally as simple. He explained my loan paperwork with ease and proficiency; all the while I felt as though my best interest was always in mind. From walking in, to driving away in my new car, I was there for less than 90 minutes. It was unbelievable; gone are the days of spending hours at a dealership! As cliche as it sounds, this was a dream car buying experience. The very next day, I was greeted by Danita's voice calling to check on my car, the experience, and ask if there was anything else I needed. Of course I was happy to report all of my needs were not only met, they were exceeded! The best part is that I still get chills every time I sit behind the wheel of my new CLA. I'm so in love! More
