Long McArthur is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with, across all automotive brands. Over a year ago, I saw a forum on the internet where people were speaking highly about a dealership named Long McArthur and how a gentleman named Tim Bartz would jump onto the forum and explain things i people were speaking highly about a dealership named Long McArthur and how a gentleman named Tim Bartz would jump onto the forum and explain things in detail. I ended up following Tim and joined his Long McArthur live stream membership. I also had the opportunity to meet Tim in Las Vegas and spend some time learning about him, his family, and Long McArthur. Fast forwarding, Kyle Davis was my salesman. Kyle is someone that I've learned to be highly devoted to his customers. After I placed my Maverick order, Kyle reached out to me close to 11pm just to make sure everything was correct on the order sheet before it was entered into the system. Has anyone met a salesman that does that? I'll tell you that I'm from the Dallas, TX area and have never met a salesman like that. Kyle worked with me from the beginning of the order until the day I've received my Maverick. Niles Gridley is another person I would like to give kudos to. Niles worked with me on PPF, window tint, and spray-in bedliner. Niles was rapidly responsive in my multiple emails with questions and concerns. I spoke to Kristina Allen, she told me the dealer car price was $47K, when I told her that was a $9K markup! she just han #: 23056T Model Code: W8G . My first sales agent has since moved on and I was reassigned to William Rogge (Bill). Bill was very easy to work with and worked with me as a customer by keeping me informed of my truck order status and answering my many questions. Long McArthur, Ford (LMF), knows the process. When I first ordered my maverick I had an email within hours from Ford confirming the order. Watching, Tim Bartz (Ford Video Guy), of LMF was instrumental in understanding and ensured great communication and transparency about the ordering process. Tim’s videos over the last year set high expectations of meeting this team and both Bill and Tim help set a friendly atmosphere. It is hard to explain but it was more like they walked with me through this process and I never felt rushed or attacked or an inconvenience. Bill, always went the extra mile to help out.
