I went in for service and ended up buying a car i don't do recommendations for businesses. I worked my deal and probably got screwed a little on price of my trade in but that was my choice wither to i don't do recommendations for businesses. Machens did everything possible to work for us! We weren't planning on trading vehicles the day we brought ours in for regular servicing. But the rebate and other considerations made us decide to pu We weren't planning on trading vehicles the day we brought ours in for regular servicing. But the rebate and other considerations made us decide to pursue that plan a few months before we had planned. Darnell worked diligently to find us what we wanted at a price we could agree upon, even though he had personal business pressing on his time. The business office also worked quickly to finish the purchase process, as we had a time constriction of our own! We love the features of our new RAV4, which we actually preferred over the expected changes coming this winter. Thank you all! More

Unhelpful rude confusing unorganized service Horrible unorganized confusing long unhelpful rude service with the addition of being lied to several times by several individuals who have now cost u Horrible unorganized confusing long unhelpful rude service with the addition of being lied to several times by several individuals who have now cost us money on multiple situations now very quick and uncaring service on if we got helped or understood what was being paid for ending in just leaving after half of what i was wanting done because of how exhausting it was to get that far alot of just getting told that was simeone else's job and just getting pushed thru the people and departments that resulted in nothing instead of someone stepping up and fixing the xxxxxxxx lies weather or not its their xxxxing job because there man job should be customer service but dont expect that at this dealership wont be getting anymore of my business and i will for sure be spreading the word not to go there and i will be using the appropriate channels to go as high as i can to get this dealership to pay for all their lies since management at the dealership is not any better then the rest of the employees there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hate this place! !!!!!!!!!!!!!
