Very disorganized took all morning to look at new car. Taking advantage of the current market way overcharged. Then pressed to take it home that day. Then business manager first found a high interest rate Taking advantage of the current market way overcharged. Then pressed to take it home that day. Then business manager first found a high interest rate until I said no then somehow he found a much better one. If I treated customers the way they did they would not come back and I won’t!! More

Excellent car buying experience. Our salesman, Scott, was friendly and provided helpful information to guide us to the vehicle that met our needs and within our budget. Responses to our questions were answered promptly and accurately. Price was unbeatable! Financial services were also excellent to deal with. Mike provided thorough explanations of options and guidance through the financing process. Brian checked to make sure we were all taken care of and thanked me for our business. It was nice to deal with people that were friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy with all aspects of purchasing a new car. More

Everything went smoothly my car was washed would have liked for it to have been dried as well covered it dried water spots dark color car looked bad. Second bad experience Gary Willis is a phenomenal salesman, and the only reason I ended up buying my vehicle yesterday. If he isnt employed there, I will never return. Brian was very upbeat and concerned for the customers and their service. Service dept. Did a safety inspection and missed a blown headlight. Finance dept was an almost 5 hour wait and Brandon was very rude and chastising when I turned down the extended warranties. More
