Great 2016 explorer from a fantastic dealership! I bought a new 2016 Ford Explorer from Landmark Ford Lincoln and I can't say enough about how great the dealership was from the moment I walked into t I bought a new 2016 Ford Explorer from Landmark Ford Lincoln and I can't say enough about how great the dealership was from the moment I walked into the building to the time I left. Kari Locke and Darrin Nash were extremely knowledgeable and the the best thing was they were not pushing me into a sale! I would highly recommend the dealership, Kari and Darrin and the 2016 Ford Explorer!! More

Despite our sales did not finalize this time (not from bad service, but simply from could not find the car that I really want) he remained helpful, friendly and patient and tried hard to look for my ideal car. This is the way it should be when buying a new car! Darrin was great in showing us the vehicles we were interested in and explaining the details about each. Never once did we ever feel pressured that Darrin was great in showing us the vehicles we were interested in and explaining the details about each. Never once did we ever feel pressured that we needed to make a decision on the spot. After our first visit we left and looked at other manufacturers vehicles but nothing compared to the Ford's we drove. I called Darrin and told him we would be in first thing Saturday Morning and he was there waiting for us. The hard part was the financing. Who knew having NO debt was actually a detriment to your credit score. However Dan Sorden, Tim Wilson, and Bob Lustbader were able to make this process painless by contacting Ford credit on our behalf and actually getting us a significantly better finance rate then we could have expected at the payment level we wanted, with no money down other than a small trade and rebates. Compared to past new car buying experiences, this one was amazing. I would highly recommend Landmark Ford and will be going back to this dealership for our next new car. Sincerely Michael Grundy More
