Darrin was great in showing us the vehicles we were interested in and explaining the details about each. Never once did we ever feel pressured that we needed to make a decision on the spot. After our first visit we left and looked at other manufacturers vehicles but nothing compared to the Ford's we drove. I called Darrin and told him we would be in first thing Saturday Morning and he was there waiting for us.The hard part was the financing. Who knew having NO debt was actually a detriment to your credit score. However Dan Sorden, Tim Wilson, and Bob Lustbader were able to make this process painless by contacting Ford credit on our behalf and actually getting us a significantly better finance rate then we could have expected at the payment level we wanted, with no money down other than a small trade and rebates.Compared to past new car buying experiences, this one was amazing.
