Overall I'm pleased. I'm glad they put this car on Craigs List because I was not ready to go shopping in person.

Bill was helpful and encouraged me. I probably really was not ready to make this decision but they all reassured me and helped me get comfortable with it.

My trade in had 190,000 miles. I really needed to get a new car. This one is going to be a lot of fun.

Bill was professional and a good salesman. Maaaaak made the financing fun. Dave should have given me more money on my trade-in but, as already mentioned, this car had some miles.

Thanks guys. Yes, I would recommend your business to friends.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Our overall experience with Brown's was very good. Any company can have a problem but it's how it is handled that matters. We were buying a used car with less than 15,000 miles so didn't expect to run into too many problems. We did notice a few small issues but our salesman, John G. took care of them straight away and he stayed on top of what was happening and kept us posted constantly. Great job, John G! The only reason I gave a rating of ok to quality of work is that had the 160 point inspection been completed I would not have found the problems I did. There were a few splash guards under the car which were damaged. That said, every manager at Brown's ended up working toward resolving the problems until we were satisfied. The main problem ended up being a shipment of bad tires that caused the car to pull to the right and the service department worked their process until they determined the problem. By then it was about 6:00 PM and we had been there most of the day. Rather than wait for tires to be delivered on Monday they sent someone to pick them up saving us a trip back to the shop. My Dad is unable to travel due to illness so Mr. Pearson came by our house with the paperwork to help complete the deal, thank you sir. Since the resolution of these issues took a few days, Mr. Barnhouse authorized a rental car and we appreciated this extra level of service, thanks Dave.This is our 4th vehicle purchased from Brown's and we will definately be there for the 5th and recommend them to our friends. Job well done.

Bill is awesome! He has helped me so much and the best salesman there was no pressure and he is nice and friendly and I like that in a salesman. I will send all of my friends to Bill. I also want to thank Dave Barnhouse you are awesome too Dave! he approved for my paint job for my scratches I had on my car when I bought it. (It is Beautiful) I also have been so pleased with everyone at the Service department. Steve Jones and Grant Monks thank you so much for checking out my bluetooth system. It was the phone and not the bluetooth. I got it working again. yeah! I also want to thank the guy cannot remember his name (sorry) who did the touch up around my car. You did a great job. I hope I did not leave anyone out if I did I am sorry. I cannot forget to mention the shuttle service I would like to thank George and the other guy cannot remember is name. I have met so many nice people there including the check out girls they were nice and friendly. You could not of asked for a better dealership. I have bought Chrylsers all of my life and the dealership and service dept sucks. I love Toyota and will never buy another Chrysler. Thank you Bill and everyone at Toyota,

I was very pleased with my experience at Browns Toyota of Glen Burnie. The customer service from the employees I dealt with was nothing less than great. Even in the down time between financing while I was waiting in the lobby Greg kept me company to make sure I was not bored. Since my visit I have told many friends about the visit I had and how exceptionaly pleased I was. I would recomend this dealer to anyone due to my experience there.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
Cristin was the complete opposite of your stereotypical used car salesperson. She was completely professional. She let the car sell itself. Her goal was to help us find a car for our daughter to love. I think Cristen was as excited about the car as our daughter was. The process was transparent. We brought the car to our mechanic to make sure that what was being presented to us was true. We had already brought two cars to our mechanic that we were interested in buying, but both turned out to have major flaws that were hidden from us. This car had a few very minor issues, and all were taken care of while we filled out the paperwork. Cristen sat with us while the finance manager did his job, and while the car was detailed. She was open, friendly, and at ease with us. In other words, she was 'real'. The entire experience was made easy because of Cristen and Dave Barnhouse, the used car manager. I would definitely recommend this dealership and our salesperson, Cristen Murray.

My husband and I saw a vehicle on Auto Trader at this dealership, inquired online and Christin got back to us shortly after and we went for a test drive. We had a trade in and were giving a great deal. Dave the sales manager was honest and friendly. We didnt feel pressured at all. We had some trouble of our own with financing and Toyota was wonderful. Christin, Dave and Sean were all ABSOLUTELY GREAT TO WORK WITH THROUGH THE ENTIRE SALE! I wouldnt go anywhere else. We needed to have a keypad repaired and took it to service 5 days later, and the service department was great, had my truck fixed in a few hours! I have PURCHASED SEVERAL CARS, AND THIS DEALERSHIP WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE BEST!
