With all my interactions; whether in person, voice mail or email, he has always managed to make me feel like I'm his number one priority. Dave puts my mind at ease when it comes to servicing my car. Before making my second purchase at Royal, I was sure to stop in and ask his opinion on my new vehicle prior to committing to the sale. Rest assured, after you make that purchase, you will be taken care of by a GREAT team at Royal. No other dealership has ever went more out of there way then Royal! More

Old Hummer Dealer Royal KIA on Speedway used to be a Buick and Hummer dealer. I purchased my H3 there in 2008 and Dave Loper was the service advisor. Dave was always Royal KIA on Speedway used to be a Buick and Hummer dealer. I purchased my H3 there in 2008 and Dave Loper was the service advisor. Dave was always a friendly service expert who I trusted with my H3. I wish GM still made the Hummer, I would have purchased a new one by now. Dave still provides expert service help when needed. He is like family to deal with. More

Horrible service department just now My experience at Royal Kia in the sales department was phenomenal the salesperson and the manager were really nice and very helpful. Where i just now My experience at Royal Kia in the sales department was phenomenal the salesperson and the manager were really nice and very helpful. Where it went all wrong was the service department which was absolutely horrible wasteful time experience. First it started with the detail car wash, there was absolutely no detail in that car wash. I stayed there for 3 hours and when I received the car it look like they didn't even touch the inside. they did send it back for me cleaning and after an hour it came back, there was still marks on the seats and glue on the windshield from their stickers it went back again and again I still had footprint marks on the seats and looks like they didn't even touch the carpets. At that point I gave up since it was an all day affair The second issue was with my key fob they said that they would order a new one and it would be in on Wednesday so I came in Wednesday and they told me that he was cut incorrectly and I would have to come back in again next Wednesday. I came in that Wednesday and they program a new key fob and gave it to me. the key fob had scratch marks dents and the key was also scratched up so I ask the salesperson "are these new key fobs or used" he told me that they were new key fobs and I showed him the key fob and told him that this is not new. His reaction is I don't know what to tell you and I'll note it and he walked away. I'm definitely not happy with Royal Kia service department. More

I love my new car😊 Terra was very professional and nice. I brought my 14 year old grandson shopping with me. Not a happy customer! Dave Loper has no customer service skills.. I picked up my vehicle today after we had to leave my vehicle overnight for repairs. When my vehicle was b Dave Loper has no customer service skills.. I picked up my vehicle today after we had to leave my vehicle overnight for repairs. When my vehicle was brought to the front I noticed my vehicle had a little damage and the service person we usually go to was busy and sent over Dave Loper. We brought to his attention what the problem was and he said "that with time the rubber comes off". My husband and I understand that, but the rubber that goes over the sides of the head lights was half way out and my vehicle was not left overnight with the rubber sticking out, we tried to explain that to him and his exact word were "What do you want me to do about it" with an attitude, really that how Kia employees treat there customers? I'll tell you what I as a customer who has taken 2 vehicle for the last 4 years for services and just traded in a vehicle over an year ago wanted to hear Dave Loper, "what can I do to help, or let me take your vehicle back to service department and see if we can fix it". THAT AS A CUSTOMER, IS WHAT I WANTED FOR YOU TO DO ABOUT IT! Royal Kia, has a saying "welcome to the royal family" well let me tell you Royal Kia, today me and my husband didn't feel that we were part of the family. That's the reason I gave Dave Loper no stars and would NEVER refer a friend or family member to you! More

Beware. Do NOT consider the extra warranty if buying a used car. It's staggering what's not included, especially since being assured by the "salesman" that it Do NOT consider the extra warranty if buying a used car. A year in, after a $2K price tag on a useless warranty, I'm already out $700+ for a hatch latch that won't open and a faulty seatbelt/airbag sensor that constantly bongs because it's not connecting properly. Feeling scammed. More

Scott has been my service advisor for the last few visits but I would use Dave in the past or any of the other advisors because they all give the same high quality service and attention. I rated the cost of repairs at 5 stars not because I think they are cheap, but because they only need to do them once and they are quick about them too. High quality parts and service help keep costs down in the long run. I have been a customer since 2000 when I bought my first GM product from Royal Buick. I have two now and won't let anyone touch them but Royal technicians and service advisors. Thanks for your superior service and attitude !! More
