Kobe is a very competent service advisor. He is very prompt when getting my estimate together for repairs. I didn't have an appointment and was quoted 2 days or 48 hours for diagnostics. I th He is very prompt when getting my estimate together for repairs. I didn't have an appointment and was quoted 2 days or 48 hours for diagnostics. I thought I was not going to hear anything for quite a while, but they got back to me next day with a solution for the concern I was having. Repair was a little pricey but what isn't these days? 10/10 will be going back again for future service and referring to my friends and family! More

Purchasing the new vehicle was fine. The dealership manager and the sales rep were very pleasant to deal with. The finance manager took way too much time and was very disappointed that w The dealership manager and the sales rep were very pleasant to deal with. The finance manager took way too much time and was very disappointed that we did not take any of the coverage plans he wanted to sell us. The whole process took about 4 hours. We were satisfied with the deal. However, the reason for our needing to buy a different car was that we had our car at this dealership for approximately 6 months off and on and finally said they could not repair the car after we had spent a large amount for it not to be repaired. All in all, we will continue to do our service work with them because we have dealt with this dealership for several years and because of Waseem, the general manager, and George, the salesman. They were great. As for the service department, Billie was great but he had a stroke during this time and we needed to have a different one who is rather aloof and doesn’t offer much information. The service manager is very unapproachable. The phone system is terrible. On a couple of instances I called for service and was connected to a totally different dealership. This is in the process of being remedied. Thank you, and I hope you are successful with your efforts to continue to keeping this dealership a very good one. More

Extremely rude employee. Jeep was in the shop for over 20 days. Very limited contact zero returned calls about vehicle. When picking up. I’ve been buying and having my cars/trucks serviced for over 50 years, and have never had anything approaching the appalling lack of communications with a service advisor as I had with Kobe. He was inst over 50 years, and have never had anything approaching the appalling lack of communications with a service advisor as I had with Kobe. He was instructed to contact me when a repair part arrived. He didn’t. One I confirmed the part was in I dropped my truck off and was told Kobe would give me a call once repaired. He didn’t. Once again I called regarding status and was informed it was ready - Kobe was talking to the mechanic and would be calling me. He didn’t. Following day I stopped by to pickup my truck and was informed by the mechanic (where is Kobe??) I needed another item repaired or replaced. I declined and drive to another repair shop. Wish to note adding to my frustration was the abysmal phone service. Some PM calls were answered by a third party call answering service who promised to to send a priority message to the individual I was calling. I never had a call back. On one call I thought I was talking with a person with a speech impediment, nope, English was he second or third language. More

Kimberly was absolutely amazing and kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was being assessed and while my transmission was being replaced. From the diagnosis, to t the status of my vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was being assessed and while my transmission was being replaced. From the diagnosis, to the repair, took a shorter time then I thought would be necessary for such a fix and I am grateful to the mechanic/ mechanics who worked on my Rubicon. Such service and attentiveness to the customer is certainly indicative of Kimberly’s resolve to see that the customer is updated regularly, that there is competent mechanics, and that the service department in general is overseen by an excellent Manager. This dealership has it all. Thank you so much!!! More
