I have purchased many vehicles in my 62 years. Jalen Jackson is by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a salesperson! His honest and genuine concern for me as a customer and exactly what I wanted was unquestionable. I was initially unhappy with the prep of a used vehicle and he went above and beyond through his manager and all service departments to insure the vehicle was brought up to my standard. He was never pushy when I backed away, just a friendly and casual check in to see if there was anything else he could do to make our experience better. After much feedback and perseverance from him on the vehicle preparations it was brought up to my standard. It was a surprise for my daughter and he helped us pull it off by checking on my arrival time and ensuring the vehicle was out front, running, and looking absolutely beautiful. Needless to say, she was speechless and overjoyed, and Jalen was a huge part of that. I wholeheartedly recommend Jalen for any of your purchasing needs, he will be with you from beginning to end with excellent communication and feedback, and never, ever pushy. Jim Ellis Chevrolet has been the #1 in sales and service dealership for my family for more than 15 years. The selection is inventory and options is excellent. The management does a great job getting to know dealership for my family for more than 15 years. The selection is inventory and options is excellent. The management does a great job getting to know the patrons and providing a standard of excellence to serve and provide solutions to customer issues. The service department was well-staffed and managed well-managed. I was in on this particular visit for battery, oil change, coolant service, car wash and the service department exceeded my expectations. My advisor Brian did a good job thoroughly diagnostic the car and communicating with me. Due to delays at my last appointment, they were able to comp my oil change at this appointment. What a pleasant surprise and it's much appreciated! Little things like this are why we continue to patronize this dealership. My car is running better than ever (like new) and I'm very happy with the quality of service that I received. I have a 2011 Chevy Camaro RS that I purchase new here, and I've never had it service anywhere else. More
