Finance department fraudulently deceived us, by telling us we would qualify for a lower interest rate if we purchased a warranty that we did not want. After disclosing that we did not want it, she told us us we would qualify for a lower interest rate if we purchased a warranty that we did not want. After disclosing that we did not want it, she told us that the banks require it. Please remove the warranty as there is no truth or merit to the Financial departments statement. More

Truly blown away with the level of service we received yesterday at this dealership while buying a new vehicle. From top down they were awesome!
