We had a very good experience purchasing a new Explorer. I was extremely impressed with the quality in the new Ford products and their technology is superior to the competition. Our salesperson, David Ditma I was extremely impressed with the quality in the new Ford products and their technology is superior to the competition. Our salesperson, David Ditman , was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Explorer, provided a great overview of the car's capabilities/features and answered all our questions. My biggest concern was dealing with my existing vehicle but this was handled in a very efficient and acceptable manner. Arriving at a final deal was quick, easy and painless. If you are looking for a "no hassle" buying experience I would strongly recommend J. C. Lewis Ford. More

For operating and managing an above and beyond kingdom base business! automobile salesman`s and service depts. have gotten a bad reputation from other dealers in the past, ( I know this for a fact ) I have purchase many from them, NO MORE! But to finally find such a dealership as this, it is Truly Amazing and Awesome! I will not buy from anyone else anymore! To Mike and All personnel, I know it`s hard work being No.# 1, but it`s worth it for the Kingdom of GOD! I am completely ALL IN, even if I should desire another brand, I will seek J C Lewis to acquire it for me! Actual salesman was a great experience, but I was a simple customer. I knew what I wanted, asked for it by make, model, color and transmission type and paid cash. My only bad experience was with the Business Dept. where an employee asked me to re-sign all documents in an attempt to take the time to talk me into loan. Stressing a zero percent, 36 month loan, while loading the numbers to show me the rebates that I am passing up, he entered 6.29 APR into the computer to make the numbers more appealing for the rebate. This is the typical thing that a first time car buyers expericence with car salesmen that makes them dispise this process. Don't shell game people, be honest. Tell people the truth and they will buy or they will not, the same procpecst as if you were doing the hard sale. More
