I came in to JC Lewis today to research the value of my A retired educator who has found purchasing cars from dealerships a test of endurance. . I came in to JC Lewis today to research the value of my 2013 vehicle. We worked with a salesman who was very patient and and listened to our needs and concerns. The dealership worked with us on price and a modification that we required. We purchased a newer Transit Connect, a car we have enjoyed for years. We look forward to driving this newer version. Leaving feeling kindly about our experience and hope to come back again soon for an additional vehicle. Thank you Joe Lewis and James Eady you were both very helpful and even entertaining. More

I like doing business with someone I can trust and David is that type of person. He did everything he could do, to earn my business. The day I decided not to do the transaction; David worked with me to close the deal. Thanks David, will see you in the near future to work on second car for my day to day commute. Great Job More

Completely Satisfied Service from all Departments!!!!!!! Car buying review Being a longtime buyer of Honda and Toyota for 40 years, but we experienced a decline in Services and a lot of recalls. We therefore decided to try out Ford for a change and ended up at Lewis Ford. First off I want to say that they have a great selection of cars, specially of Hybirds which I was interested in . Our salesman and Sales Manager were able to give us what we wanted, they also made this car buying exercise a very pleasant experience. For a change this turned into a very pleasant day and not a "fight to the last man standing." In closing , I would like to say that if you are in the market for a Ford give them a try. Yes I would strongly recommend them to my friends. More

extremely disappointed I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing. However, it's been a horrible experience since the day I bought my car. In less than one year, my brand new 2013 automatic Fiesta has had to have the clutch system replaced twice! Furthermore, when I brought the car in recently for the third time with the same issue, the General Manager claimed (repeatedly) that there was no record of the second time I had the clutch system replaced. Yet when I asked a service center employee to check the system the next day, the information was readily available, clearly stating the work that had been done. This is not the first time I have gotten mixed messages from the J.C. Lewis staff, as I was told by a service representative the second time I brought the car in that my car was an anomaly and that the problem was new, but a few days later when I called to ask when my car would be ready, I was told that there were 2 other Fiestas ahead of me in line to have the clutch replaced (for the same issue as mine). While I'm hopeful that the problem is now fixed, I have felt completely unsupported by J.C. Lewis Ford. Although it is more inconvenient, I will be looking for a different dealership to assist me with future repair work. More
