David Domanski was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were inquiring about and answered all questions satisfactorily. A couple of days after the purchase of the car I went back to the dealers vehicle we were inquiring about and answered all questions satisfactorily. A couple of days after the purchase of the car I went back to the dealership to ask a few additional questions and Dave was able to give me his full attention and again answer all question I had. I visited this location based on the stellar reviews, and I must say, they did not disappoint. I showed up to do a test drive of the 2014 Mazda CX-5 as well as Mazda 6. David helped answer any questions and I must say, they did not disappoint. I showed up to do a test drive of the 2014 Mazda CX-5 as well as Mazda 6. David helped answer any questions and provided a lot of helpful information. I needed time to think it over, so I took the night. David was very helpful and there was absolutely no pressure. The next day I had decided on the Mazda 6, so I called them up to get the out-the-door price of the one I wanted. Bill provided me a great out-the-door price, so I came in to get my trade-in appraisal and see if we could work out a deal. I came in expecting this to be a long process including a lot of negotiations and dealing, just from the typical known process that's involved with buying a car in general. I am still in shock with just how fair, honest, and easy they made the whole process. I met with Brian and Bill, where they did an appraisal, and gave me the exact offer I was looking for, like they were reading my mind. We went over the numbers one more time and we had a deal. All in all, we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who's looking for a great new Mazda. More

I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5. It was great and then decided I also wanted to test drive the CX 5 GT. No problem...when I got back I was offered a bottle of water to drink...amazing! We sat and chatted about the car(s) and options were explained and questions asked. I am now the proud owner of a "Biggers" Mazda CX5 GT! Everyone in this dealership is friendly and anxious to make your car buying a really good experience. Thank you all. More

My first experience with Biggers Mazda occurred today when looking to purchase a car for my son. David, our sales consultant, was friendly and really new the details of the Mazda 3. We had a great test drive and learned all about the features/functions; the car sold itself. When we decided on the vehicle we liked, our pricing discussion with Ron the GM was painless with no games. The dealership went out of their way to move fast in preparing the car and moving through the paperwork. David did a nice job with the delivery process and vehicle training. This was the "easiest" purchase of a vehicle I've had, and I feel great about the purchase. More

This is the fourth car that I purchased from Biggers Mazda. The dealing is a challenge, but not as bad as others with whom I have delt. I had used my Consumer Reports magazine to help determine the potential trade in value and the cost of ownership of a new vehicle. I was delighted with the ratings on the CX5 and the lower cost of ownership compared to my 5 year old Infinity. And this vehicle consumes regular grade fuel. I hope that their service lives up to my expectations. I di really like Dave, he was like te book of knowledge on my car and one time when he was busy Marco also helped willingly. They do seem to work willingly together. More

My experience in purchasing my new vehicle at Biggers Mazda was exceptionally good; from my initial contact with salesman David until I departed with my new vehicle. David was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the Mazda product line. I had visited several other dealers prior to Biggers Mazda and had been turned off big time by their sales peoples approaches. Since purchasing my vehicle, I have stopped by the dealership several times with follow-up questions; David answered my questions in the same courteous, friendly manner as the day I purchased the vehicle, he even offered me a car wash. Now, at this time, being a new vehicle; I have not had any experiences with this dealerships Service department but if they operate in the manner the sales team does, I know it too will be a pleasant experience. More
