Without a doubt, THE best car buying experience I have had in the last 25 years. Knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks David D. and Ron L. for respecting me, my family, and my time. Usually, I walk into a dealership after looking through the car's brochure and know more about the vehicle than the salesman. That was definitely NOT the case here. David took me through every aspect of the vehicle from first-hand knowledge, not just spewing specs. They didn't have the specific car I was looking for on the lot. Ron was able to find one at another dealership and had it on-site in less than 24 hours. They prepped the car with great attention to detail and then made sure that I understood how all of the features worked and answered any questions I had before I drove away. More

David Domanski was extremely knowledgeable about a brand new model of car -- that was impressive. Price was competitive, but since it's a new model in high demand, price was not terrific; still, it was as new model of car -- that was impressive. Price was competitive, but since it's a new model in high demand, price was not terrific; still, it was as good as I expected. We were treated as important new customers by the Service Manager (can't recall his name), and the GM thanked us for our business on the way out -- that's expected, but appreciated. Finance Mgr. was efficient and friendly. Overall, a good experience. More

When we arrived we were greeted promptly and felt welcome. David listened attentively and showed us the vehicles he had available on the lot close to what we were looking for. During the test drive he explained features and options, and was very knowledgeable. During our second visit to Biggers, we worked out the financial details with Joe which were straightforward with no game playing. A vehicle was located in the color and options we wanted and made available for delivery within a few days. At the time of delivery David took the time to explain some of features and walked us through pairing the cars Bluetooth to our phone. We were also introduced to the Service Manager and the service intervals were reviewed. A few days after delivery we received a call from David thanking us for choosing Biggers and asked if there were any questions about operation of features. Our experience was positive and based on that would recommend Biggers Mazda to others. More

They took time to give a NO pressure sale and as well as trade value for this new car sale. Very few dealerships are like this. We originally looked at a car a few months ago but postponed our buying until Christmas Eve. David was great in following up on our buying status without calling constantly.
