Auto butler service I am stuck with their auto butler service which is worst service at always. I have paid around $800 for this service and they just simply washed my ca I am stuck with their auto butler service which is worst service at always. I have paid around $800 for this service and they just simply washed my car kept for 2 hours and return me back. It doesn't seems at all that they have done anything on my car besides washing from outside.. More

Service center experience Very busy service center but all customer service persons made sure I was not waiting long. I asked them to look at the breaks as they were mushy. Service and Covid-19 Overall the experience was good. However the young lady who checks in your vehicle did have a face mask but wore it around her neck. She sits in you Overall the experience was good. However the young lady who checks in your vehicle did have a face mask but wore it around her neck. She sits in your vehicle to obtain your mileage and hands you the paperwork to take to the counter. This all happens without her mouth and nose not being covered. However the rest of the staff followed the rules. More

Friendly staff, hole in my pocket. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and they communicate well with customers. But still I am disappointed that I had a $1600 job done tha Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and they communicate well with customers. But still I am disappointed that I had a $1600 job done that did not resolve the issue with my car, resulting in even further costs. If I would have been better off going to a specialist, I would have appreciated that honesty and guidance rather than sinking money and time into what was an incomplete or misdiagnosis. The staff is great and I hate to leave a poor review, but its appropriate based on this experience. More
