She always kept in touch even when I wasn't in the market. I would not buy a new car from anyone else, however since my last purchase she has moved into management and was unable to sell me a new car (sigh). In fact I was really worried I wouldn't get the same service from someone else. Fortunately my worries were put at ease as Ollie Jackson continued our experience of great customer service at Five Star Ford. Ollie was great!! I would highly recommend buying a car from Ollie. Also, thanks to David Hill in Financing for a job well done and Marisa for still being there as well. This is a great place to buy a car! More

Employee’s don’t show loyalty and stay as long as Ricky has if the company does not respectfully show the same loyalty to them. So I had my starting point. When I first meet Lee Clanton I was pleasantly surprised that he did not remind me of what a car sales person use to be like in my past which was smothering. I understand that Five Star Ford like all business opens its doors every day to make a profit. Lee Clanton in sales and David Hill in finance never made me feel that that’s what it was all about. My decision to lease a new vehicle from Five Star Ford was easy. Lee gave me great information regarding the different styles and packaged accessories available along with the bottom line on what a vehicle would cost me. At the end of the day Five Star Ford won my business. More

Told them my situation and told them our monthly requirement and he went to work. He then went looking and found us a certified pre owned ford f150 super crew and it was perfect. They worked with us on price and with my trade. We made a deal and John was the best sales man I have ever had. I will always buy from him and Five Star given the opportunity to. All the staff and dealership was a pleasure to deal with. Awesome dealership and John is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I recommend John and Five Star Ford to be your salesman and dealership when you need another vehicle. More

Great price, fast buying experience I was in the market for a new Ford Edge. I had been price shopping around for a bit and came across a nice white Edge Sport AWD at this location (a b I was in the market for a new Ford Edge. I had been price shopping around for a bit and came across a nice white Edge Sport AWD at this location (a bit of a unicorn). Carlton and I negotiated via email entirely and he even provided detailed line item breakout which really helped me make my decision. I showed up on a Friday morning and met with Melvin to start signing on the paperwork. He was great to work with and not at all pushy in the least. From there went to finance. Met with David who was alway great to work with. Honestly, this was the quickest I've ever "checked out" of a car dealership. It was amazing. I returned the next Wednesday for little IOUs the dealer had for me and that was also painless. I wish I had a dealership this nice close by. More
