Dear Mr.Jurs, On saturday 9/5, I got my Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2018 for 30K service. Your advisor, Easy, suggested that it is the most important service and I needed to do a bunch of things. I told him tha Hybrid 2018 for 30K service. Your advisor, Easy, suggested that it is the most important service and I needed to do a bunch of things. I told him that I did not want tire rotation and balance because I would be changing tires soon. He removed that and gave me an invoice of $690. I asked him why it is so expensive. He said that they were taking care of lot of things and it was important for 30K service. I was dropped home by the shuttle and when I checked with another dealer, there was factory recommended service for $189. I called Easy immediately and asked him why he had not shared the factory recommended service, and he disagreed with me. He said that he had shared factory recommended service with me when I dropped the car. I told him that he was being dishonest. I spoke to his supervisor and he sided with Easy. I have been servicing this car for more than 2 years at your dealership(and I always enjoyed visiting the place and doing my office work in the lobby, while I wait for my car). But yesterday, I was terribly hurt and sad with the lack of transparency which is backed by dishonesty by one of your advisors (and his supervisor) in your department. My family and I will no longer be visiting your dealership. Easy and his supervisor seemed to fine when I said so. Anyways, Mr.Jurs, thanks much for all the good service your department in particular, and Pat Lobb in general provided in the past. Yesterday's behavior destroyed all the good will I had. My visit was great. I was greeted with a smile and very promptly. They made me fill like they are here to help. They provided me with a ride home and back to the dealership. If could, i will do 0 for rating for him I sent a letter to David Jurs about my bad experience with the adviser. Almost three week pass, I never get response from him. I brought my vehicl I sent a letter to David Jurs about my bad experience with the adviser. Almost three week pass, I never get response from him. I brought my vehicle for service (oil change, tire rotation and fabric care) on 04/28/2020, Agrin Neani was my adviser. When I reviewed statement a few days later, I noticed there is a notes on it. The notes indicated " Customer requests 15000 miles or 18 month service (no oil change) at 15000 miles. I am wondering why 5000 miles did 15000 miles service? Why did it mark "customer requests"? I remembered clearly Agrin recommended 5000 miles because my vehicle almost meet 5 km. I also have another question for fabric care. I remembered my sales told me my vehicle has fabric care warranty. but when I asked for this service, the adviser Agrin told me my vehicle is not covered by fabric care warranty . He told me that he and his manger checked all the information and confirmed it. On the second day I contacted my sales , he helped me to communicate with Agrin,. Later I got a phone call from Agrin, he told me he never know this and this is a new policy. so he let me bring my vehicle back to take a picture at first time, then I bring my vehicle back for fabric service. I feel so bad just because of his negligence, I have to bring my vehicle back another 2 time just for fabric care. When I sent a letter to Agrin's manager David Jurs, I hoped he can give me a reasonable explanation. But it looks he never care about the customer. More

Service Does Not Stand Behind the Products They Sell I bought my 2015 Camry here and mostly serviced it here as well, and my experience until this week was good. However, a service issue with my tires th I bought my 2015 Camry here and mostly serviced it here as well, and my experience until this week was good. However, a service issue with my tires this week makes me never want to go back as I don’t feel that they stand behind the products they recommended and sold to me. 2 years ago, I bought 4 new 45k mike tires from the dealership. While getting gas a few days ago, I noticed significant wear after only 20k miles. I brought it in and was told that there was nothing they could do for me. The alignment was done at the time of the tire installation, and they were rotated after 10k miles. All I wanted was partial credit towards the purchase of new tires because I did not get the expected 45k miles of use. Because the tires were not rotated every 5k miles, I was told by the service manager (David J, I think) that “I didn’t hold up my end of the warranty agreement” and that his hands were tied. I don’t believe that I made an unreasonable request, but I do believe their response was unacceptable. As such, I cannot recommend their service department as they were unwilling to do the right thing in this situation, and I don’t believe that they will stand behind the products and services they sell if you have a problem. I have decided to vote with my feet and my wallet and take my business elsewhere, and I would recommend others be very cautious when dealing with this dealership. More
