Excellent experience in this dealership. David Keen in sales was exceptional in his expertise in the vehicles we test drove. Friendly and very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, people person. (which I am not,but he was able to break the ice right off.) Everything that Jerry Reynolds of the Car Pro Show says of this dealership is right on. David and I drove several trucks before deciding on an F250 King Ranch 2014 model. It's really an awesome truck and handles just as great. David Keen is the man to see and Sam Pack's 5 Star Ford is the dealership to visit. Surely they can find the vehicle of your needs. I know I did. THX David. More

My husband and I have been leasing or buying vehicles from Sam Pac's Five Star Ford of Carrollton for years. Usually each purchase is two vehicles at one time. Our expericences in the past have all bee from Sam Pac's Five Star Ford of Carrollton for years. Usually each purchase is two vehicles at one time. Our expericences in the past have all been great. Our lastest purchase this week was for two cars, an Escape and Fusion. We were referred to David Keen by our last sales person since she was no longer in sales. David was a pleasure to work with! At no time did we feel pressured. He was very patient while we asked our questions and went beyond our questions to anticipate what we might have missed to provided explanations. We will certainly use this dealership in the future and request David each time. Thank you David for a great experience. More

I am a single woman who had endured the high-pressure sales tactics of some salesmen in the past. Because of these past experiences, I put off buying a car until someone highly recommended David Keen to sales tactics of some salesmen in the past. This person had bought several cars and trucks from David in the past and had recommended him to friends who, likewise, had a good experience. There was none of the theatrics that I dreaded. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about his customers. I would give him the highest recommendation. More

Exellent help through David Keen, Brandon Matthews and even the General Manager Tray made this a good experience. David and I went thrugh all options and specifications in great details. If there was something I did not fully understand, David would show me a vehicle with that option and explain in detail. He answered every question I could come up with. He was very friendly and helpful. Brandon helped me understand the various extended warrenties, financing assistance and other bussiness related options. Again he was very friendly and helpful. Tray provided assistance in the final negoations concerning pricing. He had some very good ideas and helped arrive at a price agreeable to all parties. More

David Keen greeted us with a warm friendly smile which put us at ease immediately. He knows his products and is very articulate describing what each one has and can do.
