David the service manager was amazing and pleasant to deal with and got me an appointment in two days for an oil change and he’s always very accommodating. We had been wanting to buy a new Lincoln for sometime, but with the pandemic we didn’t want to go to the dealership.My wife contacted Gaige Tracy and he brought a Lincoln to the house, & we ordered, if no but with the pandemic we didn’t want to go to the dealership.My wife contacted Gaige Tracy and he brought a Lincoln to the house, & we ordered, if not for Gaige we would still be looking. No other dealer would bring a car to the house for a test drive. A few claimed they would but they didn’t follow through. People will eventually forget the price but they will not forget good service or how you made them feel. More
