Salesman Julio Romero, very inexperienced but tried real hard to satisfy me. Jano and Giovanni very cooperative in trying to meet my needs. David Torres was very good at explaining my extra options on my le hard to satisfy me. Jano and Giovanni very cooperative in trying to meet my needs. My only problem was the fact that it took 8 days before a got the correct answer on my for the $2000 I was getting sent back to me. It was finally explained to me by Kate that they had to wait until they got the mini payoff and the title Received before I could get the check. Many times I was promised return phone calls but they never were made. But all turned out well and I will be back. The overall experience on a scale from 1-10 was a good 9. More
