MI have been in the Auto Industry for almost 18 years, 17 and a half of that in finance with the same company and I love my job. I am very fortunate to work for an owner who truly cares about its employees. During y off time I love to crotchet, cook, and just spend time with my husband and family. I have 4 daughters, a son and 6 amazing and beautiful grandchildren with more to come. My Family is my whole world. Spoiling them is fun too.

I was in the market for a '21 Lunar Rock TRD Pro 4Runner for months. I reached out to 10+ dealerships both locally and out of state. It is crazy how many dealerships wanted $15k+ markup over msrp. Elk Grove for months. I reached out to 10+ dealerships both locally and out of state. It is crazy how many dealerships wanted $15k+ markup over msrp. Elk Grove Toyota does not believe in price gouging and they will take care of you. Don't believe the other dealerships that use the excuse of high demand to get more money out of you - there are good dealerships out there. Brian Rea was our sales rep and he was awesome and made this a painless and enjoyable process. Extremely friendly, responsive, and I never once felt pressured or like I was trying to be "sold" on something. He even went out of his way to install my cargo cover and cargo net when he saw that it was left in the packaging from the port, which I really appreciated. I waited on an allocation list for around 2-3 months, and then an additional 2 months for the vehicle to be built, shipped, and delivered to the dealership. Being a rare color I did not mind the wait at all and was just happy they were able to find one for me. The lunar rock is perfect and was well worth the wait! I also worked with Jeremy Coffelt in the beginning of my search and Debbie Jaynes for financing and the service was top notch as well. It definitely means something when all of them have been with Elk Grove Toyota for over 20 years and it shows. This was my first new vehicle purchase and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Thank you Elk Grove Toyota, Brian, and team for helping me secure my dream truck!! More
