I first shopped at all american ford in Old Bridge for a pickup truck. What a bad experience that was, they played games with the price of the vehicle and were really pushy and rude. I was referred to you guys and it was a great experience from the time I opened the door to your dealer. Everyone was so friendly and Debbie was amazing! I will only buy trucks from your dealer now and looking forward to working with Debbie again in the near future for a dump truck. I will recommend Toms Ford and Debbie to everyone i know thats in the market for a vehicle. More

Great overall experience. Starting with speaking to Matt on the phone who answered my questions, provided information on certified pre-owned vehicles and scheduled an appt. for me. Meeting with Debbie was g on the phone who answered my questions, provided information on certified pre-owned vehicles and scheduled an appt. for me. Meeting with Debbie was great! she showed us around until I found the car that I really wanted . She knew exactly what I was looking for. Keith explained the paperwork and made me feel very comfortable when signing. I will definitely recommend Tom's Ford to all my friends. More

Both myself and my wife are always impressed with the cordialness of all of the employee's at Tom's Ford. We are always greeted with a smile and a "how are you". We joke about the memories of some of t cordialness of all of the employee's at Tom's Ford. We are always greeted with a smile and a "how are you". We joke about the memories of some of the staff as a salesperson I've never worked (Rod Anderson) with but always takes the time to start a conversation with me, actually remembered I had an injury the last time I was in for service. And then there's Debbie Wagner who remembered my wife's hair color being different from the last time she saw her which was over three years prior. Considering we have bought one vehicle and leased two with Tom's over the last 4 years, and during the overall process of shopping, test driving then the negotiation of price we've never felt pressured. Our recent trip to Tom's had me make an appointment for 10am on a Saturday w/ Debbie and when we got there she was waiting for my wife and I and had numerous Ford Edge's ready for us to look at. This was the second time we worked with Debbie and after finializing the deal it's was like working with someone you could call a friend. Honestly, I compared dealing with car dealerships like going to a dentist. You hate going but you have to go even though you know it's going to hurt. I (we) don't feel like that working with Tom's Ford. Tom's Ford is a dealership I would and I have referred others to shop at. More

I went to Toms ford looking for a crossover/suv. previous to this i already looked at 4 different makes at 4 dealers. I encountered various sales pitches and sales tactics.I did not feel comfortable with the to this i already looked at 4 different makes at 4 dealers. I encountered various sales pitches and sales tactics.I did not feel comfortable with these dealers. I tried Toms Ford and was met by Debbie Wagner. She was very knowledgeable and honest with her answers. She did not try to pressure me into higher end models. She listened very carefully to what I wanted in a Car and steered Me in the right direction.I felt very at ease during this process. Everything that she said was backed up by the sales manager with no hesitation. The meeting with the Finance Manager was also pleasure. Again an extremely knowledgeable individual who made Me feel right at home. The entire sales process at Toms Ford was Stress Free. The atmosphere could not be any friendlier. When I picked up My SUV, all the individuals that I worked with helped put car Mats into the Vehicle. We jokingly bantered around. I truly felt like I was amongst Friends. I can't say this enough. The Toms Ford Team made My buying experience a pleasure. More

Talk about no hassles - this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have never felt so at ease during my decision to lease a vehicle. I dealt with a wonderful sales-rep, Debbie Wagner, who was able to help me better understand which product actually suited me best, and did so intuitively and without any pressure. She did her best to accommodate me within my budget, applying all applicable discounts and incentives from Ford, in an effort to make this deal a reality. I actually drove away feeling appreciative of the experience at Tom's Ford. How often does that happen to someone? When my lease is up, you can bet I will be back to see the latest Ford products and the folks at Tom's. Great job! More

I was referred to Debbie and Tom's Ford from another customer who had a positive experience with her as well. I had dealt with many dealerships over the years and always felt like I was in the shark ta customer who had a positive experience with her as well. I had dealt with many dealerships over the years and always felt like I was in the shark tank- what a contrast with Tom's Ford! From the first interaction through final negotiation, Debbie offered the most genuinely warm and friendly customer service. I never once felt pressured or cajoled to buy. She was not only extremely knowledgable, but worked closely with my fiancee to tailor a deal that worked for me. I cannot fully express how thankful I am to Debbie for making it possible to drive away with a fantastic car and what a pleasant experience the entire interaction was. I personally recommend that if you are in the market for the brands of vehicles they sell that you save time and aggravation and just go to Tom's Ford- a matter of fact, I hadn't even considered a Ford Fusion until we spoke to Debbie and I am elated with both the vehicle and the personalized deal I received. Debbie is more than a great "salesperson". She is a real deal amazing person and I would be hard pressed to ever buy from someone else again. To the other dealerships- take note! This is how you earn satisfied customers for life. Also, they have a pretty sweet fishtank :) Thanks Debbie- you made it possible for me to get an amazing car at an amazing deal. I appreciate your time and LOVE the fusion even more every time I drive it! More

As always my experience at Tom's Ford was a pleasureable one. Debbie is one of the best Sales people I have ever dealt with when getting a new vehicle. After dealing with many not so great dealers over the years, I decided that it was time to avoid them and try a dealer that other people were raving about. At first I was a bit suspicious of the reviews years, I decided that it was time to avoid them and try a dealer that other people were raving about. At first I was a bit suspicious of the reviews I was reading. They could be fakes that were put here to pump up the dealers rep. Well; after going to Tom's; I can tell you that these great reviews are real. After owning a couple of Mustang GTs back in the early 90s and loving them, I figured it was time for a new one again. Maybe another GT? So I walk into the showroom and spot a Kona Blue Shelby GT500 sitting right in the middle of the sales floor. I immediately realize that I could be in trouble. Somehow, the thought of buying a plain old GT went out of my mind. As I am standing there a pleasant, tall gentleman says hello and then Debbie comes over with a big smile and offers her help. It seemed everyone was smiling and happy to be there. How could you not like being in an environment like that? I think I half heartedly asked if there were any GTs available and was told there weren't any but there were more coming. That left me with only one course of action. Buy this Kona Blue Shelby but don't be too enthusiastic about it. Yeah, right! This is a scarce, premium car and I remember over the years seeing cars like this in dealer show rooms with dealer added stickers on the windows that were there to jack up the prices. Well, there was none of that here. Not only was it being offered at sticker, but I asked for a discount and got it. Needless to say, I bought it. I love these guys! Now I haven't driven a car with a manual transmission since the 1990s and after the car was prepped, Debbie offered to sit in the car with me and let me practice driving it around the lot. Is she brave or what? I noticed there were none of those sissy handles over the inside top of the door when I took off and Debbie went to grab the missing handle. LOL! Then she had me drive around the neighborhood a bit to get me to a point where I could drive home without having to call Ford's road side assistance. She also explained everything about the car and even set up my phone to work hands free. She also downloaded my contact list into the car. Everything works by voice command. Very cool! I could go on and on about my great experience at this dealership. But to make a long story short, I will end it here. One more thing though- one by one, everyone eventually came over to me and shook my hand and congratulated me on my new car. I imagine because it is a special car. But even so, I thought that was very nice of everyone. Before you go anywhere else, you should give them a shot. After all, you can always leave if you are not happy. But you wont. More
