I had such an AMAZING experience with Ken Ganley Subaru. Allie Grant found me the PERFECT Forester Sport. She made sure she explained everything throughly about anything on the car. All the front desk mana Allie Grant found me the PERFECT Forester Sport. She made sure she explained everything throughly about anything on the car. All the front desk managers were amazing as well. They all have personality ( which is hard to find ), they were up front and honest and did everything they could for me. Brandon Miles did my financing and explained every warranty to me and suggested the best to get. I will be recommending Ken Ganley Subaru to ALL my friends and family. Never will find better customer service! More

Overall the purchasing experience was smooth. They had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there which saved a lot of time. We were an out of state buyer and they knew exactly what paper They had all of the paperwork ready to go when we got there which saved a lot of time. We were an out of state buyer and they knew exactly what paperwork needed to happen. The salesman (Cristian) spent over two hours with us demonstrating how all of the electronic options worked on our car. He even pared out cell phones and the garage door opener. Very helpful ! More

This is my 4th Subaru. My last one and this one are both from this dealership. There is a reason I am a repeat customer. This was a pleasant experience. We still have some of our options waiting on a back order so not fully closed but we liked Allie and Joe and the effort to find a new car quickly fo We still have some of our options waiting on a back order so not fully closed but we liked Allie and Joe and the effort to find a new car quickly for us. I do think trade in of our Lexus was too low ... but I did not negotiate. Just wanted to wrap up and close deal. The value of the Costco program was not fully clear to us. Although, frankly, had we not gone to Costco I doubt we would have found Subaru Wickliffe and we rather liked the group. Now to see how long term goes! More
