Unable to find a dealer that was willing to deal for a reasonable price, I called South Toyota to see if I was being unreasonable in my financial expectation. South Toyota quoted a price that was what I believed to be reasonable. Within 72 hours we were driving out the door with a 2019 Camry XSE that had more that what we expected. That "red" interior and white with black package sealed the deal. More

Upon arrival at the dealership, we were met at the driveway and verified our visit. We were then escorted to the waiting area, being show an area for drinks and told where the restrooms were. We were impressed, as other dealership have just told us to wait in the customer lounge; never escorted and shown the amenities. During our wait we were updated frequently on the status of completion. We were offered a customer shuttle if we wanted to go have lunch. Another "never before" dealership offer. Vehicle was completed prior to quoted completion time. The friendliness and professionalism of employees is something management should be proud of. Wonderful experience. More

Nice People but sub par in many areas First the inside pictures of the vehicle were horrible, it had not been cleaned up, filthy, but it was the right year/miles and price so I called. Sales people were very nice, so after test driving (and they had the inside detailed), I went to sign papers, somehow they had "forgotten" to tell me about $700 floor mats and $300 tinting, typical 'we tote the note" type scam. I would have rated sales people both 5 star except for the floor mats and 'genuine toyota' trailer hitch. Finance, I was providing finance, but dealt with finance, first was "ricky", who likes to talk to customers on speaker phone. I don't know if it make him feel important because he has one or what, but totally rude. Ricky or someone sent papers for me to forward to BofA, I didn't even notice they said the car had 697,000 miles,,bank called me and ask how that could be true,,of course it was 69k. I did get a trailer hitch added, I paid $680 but I said as long as it was genuine toyota that was fine,,of course it is a cheap aftermarket trailer hitch the wiring for the lights are just wrapped in tape and hanging down, when I went to get the car I just wanted to get out of the dealership (but the new sales person working with me was very nice. Did end up working with Victor in Finance to get papers signed and he was nice and efficient. Basically I felt like I was at a low rent, we tote the note car dealership, some nice people, but obviously no management oversight. They are trying to build the South Dallas Toyota name in place of the Atkinson Toyota name,,,I understand why they changed name, now they need to change how they operate More

If you are looking for someone with 20+ years of Toyota experience than look no further and ask for Deno he will help answer every question you may have and you might get a couple laughs out of it too. Thank your deno! Your the best. As far as service goes, I have always received the help I needed just in time. But if you go on the weekends make sure you arrive early because they do get busy. More
