I was looking for a very specific Tundra, couldn't find what I wanted anywhere and most dealerships only wanted to sell me what they had on the lot. Deno Moore @ South Toyota found me what I wanted. They are great if you’re buying a car, but do not expect good customer service later on. I have trying for 6 months to get a refund on some extended service plans I purchased. If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had the absolute worst car sales experience EVER. For starters, I came in looking for a 2020 Camry SE Nightshade Edition. I was clear about this from the beg absolute worst car sales experience EVER. For starters, I came in looking for a 2020 Camry SE Nightshade Edition. I was clear about this from the beginning. When it was time to test drive the car, they pulled up a 2020 Camry SE with the Blackout Package and not the Nightshade Edition. I test drove it and it was fine. Came back inside and they had my appraisal done and it was definitely not what I thought they would give me for my trade-in. From then on, I spoke to three additional managers. They kept going back and forth with me and telling me that this was the best they could do. However, when I spoke to Ricky Chavez, the finance manager, he told me he could knock it down more if he could run my credit to give me the right number. Coming in, I told them I wasn't going to buy the car today. I was coming in to get information because I was planning on going through my credit union for a better interest rate. He kept asking me, "Can you add more? (to down payment)" "What more can I do?" And I kept telling him what would get me to sign even though I was settling for the vehicle it wasn't the trim I wanted... I told him that my partner worked at a Vandergriff dealership and this is what seemed to xxxx him off. Even more, I felt like he changed after he noticed that I had my partner on the phone listening to everything. He asked me what I was doing here and got in my face. He was very much in my face and rude. I told him I wanted to come here because it was closer to home, I was only there for information. I've been to other dealerships and have been upfront with them that I am here to test drive and get information and HAVE NEVER BEEN treated this way. I told him he was being rude so I was leaving. He said really loud, "BYE!" and laughed as I walked away. I have never felt more disrespected and belittled as a woman. He kept talking over me even though I kept repeating the same things that I wanted. Ladies, go somewhere else, these men will try to treat you as if you don't know anything even though you do. More

Prime Example of Excellence When I arrived I was met by a beautiful woman Name Brianna Mills. She is very professional and has a great demeanor. She then walked me out to the cars and escorted me around the lot telling me the name and the explaining the car's performance. and then we were met by the General Manager and he was very pleasant. (I didn't get his name). I was referred by Mr. Stephen Curry, He is what Customer service is all about.Mr Curry is a true leader. These Employees should be rewarded for making Toyota South look their Best. I also want to thank Ricky Chavez in finance Dept.. he is quick and to the point. Hats off to Brianna Mills a winning personality. More
