They do a good job. But waiting an hour and half or two hours for an oil change is asking a lot. That was puzzling, as I had no accident. The check engine light went on when I was leaving Baltimore and I called Diane about that as soon as I noticed it. The woman who called about the non-existent "accident" was lovely and I think we got it straightened out. More
