I am a convert. For the longest time, I had phobia of I am a convert. For the longest time, I had phobia of dealerships; then one time, out of convenience because they open on weekends, I went to Toyot I am a convert. For the longest time, I had phobia of dealerships; then one time, out of convenience because they open on weekends, I went to Toyota of Orlando...I was very impressed. My last two visits I have dealt with Derell Roberson and, I gotta say, he is very courteous and polite; during service tasks that last longer than a day, he calls me with an update after events like part arrivals, etc. More

Derell Roberson is the best customer service advisor. Courteous and attentive. I was taking my Sequoia to a local mechanic out of convenience. It turns out they were not performing work to factory specif Courteous and attentive. I was taking my Sequoia to a local mechanic out of convenience. It turns out they were not performing work to factory specifications and at improper intervals. Started taking it back to the dealer (a little less convenient). All work was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Thanks Derell More

I visited Toyota of Orlando on 9/26/2011 for 20,000 mi. check up including oil change, tires rotated, and fluids filled. Darell Roberson was very friendly, advising what was done and advising me about t check up including oil change, tires rotated, and fluids filled. Darell Roberson was very friendly, advising what was done and advising me about the 40,000 mile check. I would recommend him to everyone. He is very knowledgable about what the car needed at this time and in future visits. More

However, I wanted to express how impressed we were with your Customer Service Rep Derell Roberson. Immediately after I pulled my car in for service (Oil Change) a gentlemen greeted me and walked me over to Derell Roberson. Mr. Roberson was happy, professional, and made me feel at ease quickly. He took the time to remind us of past service issues with our vehicle, and we appreciated the way his reminder didn't sound like a sales pitch. He didn't try to pressure us but had understanding when we explained we just couldn't afford to take care of those issues at this time. Mr. Roberson took the time to explain to me and a few moments later to my Husband the order of importance and which one we should definitely take care of right away. As a woman I really appreciated that and so did my Husband. My Husband and I just want you to know how impressed we are with him because overall he made our experience feel as though we were his friends instead of a business transaction. He even took it a step further to inform us on his own where we were at as far as the time left to service our vehicle which had never been done in the past. That really won us over and it made our waiting time seem shorter. We just want to thank Mr. Roberson for a job well done and give acknowledgment to him.
