Ralph was outstanding. (So was Dan, the General Manager and Mike Schwartz in Finance). This is the fourth BMW we have purchased from BMW of Crystal Lake! And we live in Chicago some 60 miles away!. There is a reason we consistently buy our cars at this dealership. They go way out of their way to make us feel special. They are fair and honorable.
