Diane made my new car purchase painless. She is truly a gem in this business. I was treated respectfully, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were very pleased with the sales team who handled the purchase of our Explorer. Diane was our first contact and we found her professional, friendly and willing to pursue an ongoing search for just the purchase of our Explorer. As Diane was scheduled for vacation , CJ handled the delivery and purchase phase. Again, he was professional, friendly and very helpful guiding us through the process. We especially appreciated his introduction to the Explorer and explaining the inner details. We would highly recommend Diane and CJ and Landmark to friends looking for new automobiles. I went in looking to "trade-up" to a brand new focus from my 2008 focus. Started on the internet reviewing the vehicle I want, and found it here at Landmark. Came in for a test drive and brand new focus from my 2008 focus. Started on the internet reviewing the vehicle I want, and found it here at Landmark. Came in for a test drive and Evelyne greeted me warmly at the doors! She kept me feel welcomed and accepted the whole time that I was at the dealership (which was really short compared to the last time I bought a vehicle). The whole Landmark team worked EXTREMELY hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted with the payments that I can afford. Evelyne kept me informed the whole time of what was going on and how long it was going to be, which was a relief to be 'kept in the loop'. I truly think that here at Landmark the customer service is off the charts More

We learned over a year ago that Ford would be redesigning the Escape for 2013 & the new model would likely to come out in early 2012. We met with Diuane Pohl @ Landmark last summer & told her we were eager. the Escape for 2013 & the new model would likely to come out in early 2012. We met with Diuane Pohl @ Landmark last summer & told her we were eager. She kept in communication & let us know all the latest info. In January she said there would be a model at the Portland auto show & that the car would be available to order soon after. We ordered on 1/31. The folks at Landmark needed to order a showroom model & they choose to order the EXACT same car (same color, same options) saying that often on new models Ford would ship dealer cars ahead of customer orders. Sure enough, their car came in first & they let me have it. I picked it up on 6/6, they won't receive "my" car for weeks. More

I used the Internet as a way to escape the 'car dealer' experience. I was first contacted by Tom Rayner, but when I visited Landmark, I worked with Diane Pohl. Both were friendly and helpful. Diane took time to search out the car I was looking for. She ran multiple options as I honed in on exactly what I wanted. She listened to my needs and matched the car and price to what I could afford to pay. From beginning to delivery of my 2013 Ford Edge, the experience was actually enjoyable. This is my 2nd Landmark car and I probably will be back in another five years or so. More

We chose Landmark Ford to test drive a Fiesta and a Focus for the wife. We ended up doing a purchase for a 2012 F-150 Platinum Edition. CJ McNulty was totally awesome as a sales person and in the future when for the wife. We ended up doing a purchase for a 2012 F-150 Platinum Edition. CJ McNulty was totally awesome as a sales person and in the future when the wife is ready to trade we will be seeing him again. We both felt as though there was no pressure to by and he was there for us. Diane Pohl was the internet contact person and she was very responsive to the inquiries we made. She contacted us the nest business day and presented us with some options. Tom Rayner was the other person we dealt with and we were also satisfied with his level of commitment getting us the truck we wanted. The finance person Dan Sorden worked very hard to get us the best rate and we were pleased with his level of expertise as well. Overall this was a positive experience and we will use Landmark Ford again in the future. More

Working with Landmark Ford and Diane Pohl was the best experience in car buying I've ever had! It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were experience in car buying I've ever had! It is not convenient to spend time in the dealership as I negotiate what I want, but Diane and her team were right there every step of the way giving me all the information I needed. What was great for me is, I never spoke with Diane until it was time to close the deal! My entire transaction was completed on-line via e-mail. Lot's of photos, questions and answers on my time, when I could participate; it was great! The experience at the dealership was equally as good, I was in and out of finance within 45 minutes, my truck was ready, Diane went over all the workings of the truck and truly provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Landmark Ford hands down and if you're like me, the internet department is the way to go! Thanks Diane! More
