Service Advisor Joe, greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and was aware of the needed service for which I had made an appointment. He kept me advised of the progress of the repair and sugge through the door and was aware of the needed service for which I had made an appointment. He kept me advised of the progress of the repair and suggested additional maintenance which I agreed needed to be done. Service Manager Don, approached me as well and asked if there was anything else that he could do for me. I have been getting both of my cars serviced at O’Fallon Buick/GMC for some time now and I feel comfortable and welcome by the Service Department personnel. More
