I went to Brandon Honda today, April 27, 2013, for the purpose of purchasing a 2013 Honda CRV EXL. The process of purchasing a new car is something I don't like undertaking. It it usually quite stressfu purpose of purchasing a 2013 Honda CRV EXL. The process of purchasing a new car is something I don't like undertaking. It it usually quite stressful and exhausting. When I arrived I was greeted by Grant Hocking who was friendly and professional and quite knowledgable. He introduced me to Don Negri who took care of my needs and concerns regarding my purchase. Don was a pleasure to work with. He answered my questions and explained everything in detail. The particular car in the color and trim I wanted was not on the lot and I thought I'd have to wait for another day to get the car. Don made arrangements to have a car brought in from another dealership. It arrived within an hour. During that time I met with Tony Montesano and completed the paperwork. He went through everything and explained all the forms I was signing. He made this an almost painless process. I was pleased with the price I paid for this gem of a car. The entire process, from start to finish, took about 4 hours. If every time you purchase a car it could be such a positive experience, it would be easier to make the decision to do it again. I will certainly send anyone looking to buy a car to Brandon Honda in the future. More

This is the second Honda that I have purchased from Don. I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from Don three years ago at Tampa Hondaland after having a horrible experience at Brandon Honda. Three years later I I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic from Don three years ago at Tampa Hondaland after having a horrible experience at Brandon Honda. Three years later I tracked down Don and he told me that he was now employed at Brandon Honda. Because Don treated me so well during my first purchase, I knew that if I was going to purchase another Honda that it would have to be from him specifically. I am very happy with the 2013 Honda Accord that I purchased two weeks ago. Don was extremely patient with me and did not pressure me to make any decisions on the spot. We worked together to negotiate the right car at the right rate. I would definitely recommend friends and family to see Don at Brandon Honda. More

Great car buying experience. Don was awesome to work with. He was busy with another customer when we arrived and he came up to us introduced himself and gave us the keys to a new accord for us to test with. He was busy with another customer when we arrived and he came up to us introduced himself and gave us the keys to a new accord for us to test drive. He let us test drive the car by ourselves - which was very cool. We were there for a few hours and he made the whole experience easy. I will recommend Don and this dealership to all my friends. More

My teenage daughters and I needed to trade in a huge SUV "gas guzzler" to a small, fuel-efficient, reliable, and dependable car. As soon as we walked in, Don Negri welcomed us and provided the best custome "gas guzzler" to a small, fuel-efficient, reliable, and dependable car. As soon as we walked in, Don Negri welcomed us and provided the best customer care I ever experienced. We are pleased with the Hybrid Honda Civic and will brag about it on facebook! I live in Clearwater so Brandon Honda seemed far away to buy a car from but let me just say the drive was WELL worth it!! I was going to purchase at Palm Harbor Honda but got the usual salesman run around buy a car from but let me just say the drive was WELL worth it!! I was going to purchase at Palm Harbor Honda but got the usual salesman run around for over 4 hours and didn't get anywhere close to the payment I wanted/needed. Andy Augusto at Brandon Honda convinced me that Brandon Honda would take great care of me and help me get the Pilot I wanted with no hassle at all. Andy set an appointment for me to meet with Don Negri and within 2 hours, I was driving home in my new 2012 EXL Pilot. My dreams have come true! I have finally found a dealership that is very professional and did not pressure a young single girl into buying a car. I can actually say I had 'fun' buying a car! Its professionals like Andy Augusto and Don Negri that will keep me as a loyal Brandon Honda Customer! I highly recommend Brandon Honda to all!! -Amy More

Having just had our 3rd baby, it was time for a bigger vehicle. I was one of those mom's who swore off minivans but knew a minivan was what we needed for our family. I called Brandon Honda and spoke to Do vehicle. I was one of those mom's who swore off minivans but knew a minivan was what we needed for our family. I called Brandon Honda and spoke to Don Negri. I told him what our payments needed to be for us to be comfortable. He ran the numbers and called me back immedietly with the right payment. Our credit check was done securely on their website so all we needed to do was come in and see the ODYSSEY. Don was super flexible, even stayed after his normal working hours to accomodate my husband's work day. We arrived with our 3 children and Brandon Honda was WONDERFUL! There is a kids play area, where the kids stayed busy so we can check out the ODYSSEY (they even ave our children snacks and balloons!. Having always driven BMW sedans, I was really quite surprised at how much I loved this "minivan"! Don was not the typical "car salesman" which my husband and I really liked (since I am in sales myself). Having been to other dealerships, I would cringe at all the sales pitches they would throw at us. Don was super informative and professional, knew what we wanted and most importantly didn't waste our time. Don worked hard to get the deal done along with Chris Aviso. Both were EXCEPTIONAL in getting us exactly what we wanted without any surprising unexpected charges in the end! On the day we came in to sign all the paperwork, Avry Weinstein who is just getting started in Sales, assisted Don with showing us two different colors. Avry was very professional and demonstarted some of the bells and whistles the Odyssey offered. Both Don and Avry were super patient as it was so HOT outside and my hubby and I were going back and forth on color. Avry also assisted in some of the paperwork. I admired that Don included Avry and was helping her learn her new job in the process which shows he's a true team player. We also had the pleasure of working with Hassan Slim in the finance department. He was the guy who gave us all of our final documnets. He was very thorough. Hassan took the time to explain everything and made it a very smooth transaction. At the end, we left with our brand NEW Honda ODYSSEY. I have had it for several weeks and can't rave enough on how much I LOVE IT! Thank you to Brandon Honda and most importantly the TEAM who made it happen! when we first inquired about Brandon Honda, Don Negri was on the spot...he responded promptly and he was on it, answered all of our questions and knew his deal. he knew exactly what the products were and hi on the spot...he responded promptly and he was on it, answered all of our questions and knew his deal. he knew exactly what the products were and his experience spoke for itself...right away, we had the sense, talking over the phone, that this was our guy. then we came to the dealership after getting pretty close to what we were after...a new honda odysey. Once we got closer and closer we almost lost the deal at the very end due to some really tight negotiations at the end. the only one that held this deal together was Don. If it wasnt for this man, we were within minutes of making another deal down the road. the 3rd day of us bouncing around, Don called us with the good news, and it was everything that we were asking for. when we showed up to the dealership, everyone hear's the horror stories of, then they suprised is with all of the hidden costs, or the famous "no, that was never in the deal" or something that wasnt able to be provided in the deal over the phone, never made it to paper...well, we had everything we were asking for, the price that we were widdling down to, and even one more suprise that we were not expecting...good news, i even found the color Odysey that you wanted to begin with...so there were no comprimises at all. Dude Don made this deal happen and we were pumped leaving the dealership with our new Honda Odysey. Pretty sure two sales managers, plus the owner had to assist in making this deal possible and we worked it down to the last red cent, but my main man DON held it all together, the bonding glue the made the deal stick. and you wanna know another thing, he wasnt pushy either. i have a defense mechanism against pushy and aggressive sales people, just going after you not letting you breath and smothering you with their sales tactics and aggressive approach to get you in the car today. nah, not doing it brother. dude from Mass, wasnt pushy at all. atta boy boston! oh yeah, lets not forget about pimp daddy Hassan, dude and his crazy pens and contracts...he was amazing, and so very friendly and warm...what a great heart and soul this man exhibited. what a pleasure it was to deal with these two fine men. what a team. yours very sincerly and respectfully, Jimmy and Michelle More
