I was in a situation of desperation for a dependable car as I had just given my car to my daughter who has a special needs child and my daughter driving a very unsafe car. I thought what the heck and emaile as I had just given my car to my daughter who has a special needs child and my daughter driving a very unsafe car. I thought what the heck and emailed the dealer directly (JOHN MARAZZI) and he immediately came to the rescue by responding back to my email and told me he would do his best to help me. I was also contacted by DON NEGRI who didn't realize John was trying to help me. Don was a very very down to earth and a very pleasant person to work with. He demonstrated that he completely understood my needs and gave me the feeling that he wasn't just a salesman but also a compassionate understanding human being. He quickly went to work and was able to get me into a car (Honda Civic). It may not have been a good interest rate but that had to do with the bank and not him. He made my experience easy and I truely do appreciate it. So thanks to John and thanks to Don. You both are my angels! Linda Martin More

I was looking for a honda civic, preferably new, and met with Don to find what I was looking for. When I arrived there, Don was very friendly and we drove a new honda civic. He wanted a deposit before anyth with Don to find what I was looking for. When I arrived there, Don was very friendly and we drove a new honda civic. He wanted a deposit before anything was set in stone. I told him I would not give a deposit until I ran the deal and numbers past my husband as we make all our decisions together. Don respected that, but I do not think the financial guy did because he did not want me to leave without the deposit. Several days later, I was approved for a new civic, but when I asked for the specifics, I kept getting the run around. No one would give me the specifics about the car I was approved for, the payment, etc. When I emailed Don I got an email back that I was approved for an Accord. I thought well a new accord may be an option but I want a civic. Then I asked Don for specifics on this car and I received an email that it was a 2010 Accord. I emailed Don back that I wanted a civic not an accord. So then Don emailed me back that I was approved for a 2012 civic. So I asked Don to email me the specifics, car, payment, etc so I can discuss this with my husband before I drive 30+ miles to put down a deposit on April 30th. Well it was a couple of days and I emailed Don April 29th that I need the information before I come up at 3:00. No response until about 4:30 and the information stated I was approved for the 2012 civic and my payment was going to be in the low xxx. Well, this didn't answer all my questions and I felt that I was getting the run around from this dealership and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. So, as a result I purchased my civic from another dealer on April 30 and had the car by 6:30pm that evening who did not have a problem giving me specifics about the car and giving me the time to speak with my husband before I purchased it. The other dealer also listened to my needs and steered in the direction that would fit these needs. Brandon Honda did not appreciate or hear what I was saying and did not attempt to meet my needs. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone as they like to bait and switch and take advantage of a woman as was evident from the run around that I got from them. If they could not meet my needs, then they needed to be upfront and let me know that and we could have taken another path. Instead they left me hanging for days on end. This is not very professional and therefore, I would not come back there again. More

Don was exceptionally friendly an made the entire process as quick and easyvas possible. This was honestly the fastest time I have ever had ro complete a transaction at ANY dealership. My experience with all employees of Brandon Honda was great. I would recommend anyone to purchase autos here. This was my best experience ever. Don was without a doubt the most professional person I have ever met in the car business. No pressure and everything I asked he had a legitimate answer. What I liked the most was that Don never lied, he never attempted to cover up anything, he was always upfront, and what he said was exactly how the entire car purchase turned out. If there was a way for me to tell not only his peers at Brandon Honda; but all other sales people from all other dealerships...I would say be more like Don Negri and you will not only sell more cars but actually have folks just like me offer the most highly positive comments I can!!! More
