This will be a mixed review. I purchased my 3rd Jeep from you. I pay cash for everything and I love my ride. My Jeep ended up being close to $85,000. I like my Jeep so much we ordered one for my husband. Here is where things get dicey. Ken Garff West Valley you went from a firm 5 to a dismal -20. We cannot get this Jeep finished and delivered. Your empty promises get worse by the minute. No callbacks, no color choices, too many oops. You have hung up on me 3 times today. If you can't get the parts, just tell me you can't get the parts. If someone was handing me ANOTHER 80K I would drink some dark green tin and fabricate those miserable rims. I wish so badly that I would not have done business with you. I think this is the most miserable, short sited experience I have had in a long long time. I am so disgusted with you and your shoddy customer service of which there is none, I wouldn't be surprised if we aborted this decision and you can mess with some other poor stupid fool, who would then be subjected to your special form of pain. But as far as we are concerned you are finished, dragging your feet, hanging up on us, can't, won't, don't think so, and totally and unequivocally finished with you. If we ever get this second Jeep I hope the tail lights work, because it is the last you will see of us. You might not need us but then again you might. More

I was looking for a new truck. I looked online, then called them. I worked the whole deal over the phone. All i had to do when i got there was sign some paperwork and i was out. Although we have bought new cars over the years for my wife, I haven't purchased a NEW vehicle for myself since 1984! One of the reasons for this is my intense dislike of pushy sales people. What a TOTAL wife, I haven't purchased a NEW vehicle for myself since 1984! One of the reasons for this is my intense dislike of pushy sales people. What a TOTALLY refreshing experience it was working with Dorian!! Dorian was very knowledgeable about Ken Garff's products and inventory, and got me great deal without any hassle or haggling. Easy going, straight forward, friendly,... the list goes on. I will definitely send any business I can Dorian's way. While they were prepping my new truck, Rich Evans, the accessories manager, gave me a tour of the dealership and thoroughly explained the maintenance, features, and options for my new vehicle. Although I live 170 miles away, I plan to have all my scheduled maintenance done at this dealership because of their professionalism and friendliness. Earlier today I looked online at the dealer inventory and decided a Jeep Patriot would be a great choice for me. Shortly after inquiring about the vehicle, Dorian had sent me a very nice email which convinc decided a Jeep Patriot would be a great choice for me. Shortly after inquiring about the vehicle, Dorian had sent me a very nice email which convinced me that I wanted to do business with this dealer. I stopped by after work just to look at the car, maybe test drive. Dorian ran into me in the parking lot and knew my name immediately. He asked Marc to show me the car I had inquired about. Due to my heigth, the Patriot was not a good choice for me. Marc immediately offered up a better choice and showed me the Jeep Liberty. I had researched online and figured out what I wanted to pay and could afford. Dorian was able to get me the deal I wanted shortly after we set down to haggle. Marc stayed with me and offered up engaging conversation to occupy my time while I waited for my vehicle to be detailed and the financing process. I was out of there knowing my reps by name and feeling like they cared about my experience. Extremely impressed by the courtesy they showed me. I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know looking for a new car. My new Liberty came out of detailing looking better than I could have imagined. Kudos to your staff.
