This was the best dealership experience my wife and I have ever had. First the dealership is clean and well laid out. I was greeted immediately. Doug Wilt, the salesman, was perfect, he asked the right questions, gave honest answers to mine, did not pressure me to buy anything and quickly without haggling or running back and forth to a "manager" presented an offer on the car I was interested in including the trade amount on my car that was within the criteria I set for him. I went home, got my wife, came back, selected the car we wanted, and finalized the deal. Erica Graham prepared the sales docs while we waited comfortably in the lounge and the car was prepped for us. Erica expalined the paperwork and options succinctly, we signed and the car was ready for us. We both will highly recommend this dealership and Doug to our friends and family. This is the first time I haven't had to negotiate for ever to get a reasonable trade in for my car and a favorable price on the car I was attempting to buy. And we left feeling like we were given a very favorable deal. WOW, that doesn't happen very often, especially when buying a car. More

This was so easy to get a new car, Doug did a great job. Took less than an hour. I went in the next day signed the papers and drove it home. Will go back again for my next car. I have bought 3 vehicles from Toyota of Boardman and I ALWAYS recommend them to people when they are looking for a new/used vehicle. This was the simplest car deal I ever made. No haggling, no games, no tricks. I was quoted the best price from the very beginning. I told Doug what I wanted and he delivered. Thanks again Doug. It was an easy and pleasant experience getting a new car. Good job! The price was right. I also got black thick oil on my sleeve without my knowing it, and then onto the brand new light leather seat. My husband and I recently purchased a new car from Toyota of Boardman. The process was very easy and enjoyable from the moment we walked in the door from the time we left with our new Camry. When we walked in the door of Toyota of Boardman, it was apparent that the experience of purchasing our car was going to be an enjoyable experience. The dealership is beautiful, modern, innovative, and very clean. The sale people are all very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful sales experience with Doug Wilt. He was extremely friendly and not high pressured like other sales people we encountered at other dealerships. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very honest. Doug had our best interest in mind and helped us choose a car that was perfect for us. He also made sure he gave us a great price. We never felt pressured into making a decision. It was a very easy process. After our car was purchased, Doug took a lot a time showing us all of the features included in the car we selected. He wanted us to be comfortable with all of the features before we left the dealership. The whole process of purchasing our car was very smooth. Everyone we encountered at Toyota of Boardman was very professional and friendly. Since purchasing our Camry, we have taken our vehicle back to Toyota of Boardman when we need it serviced. The service department has provided exceptional service just like the sales department. They are very professional. We had such a great experience with all of the people we met Toyota of Boardman and highly recommend them to our friends and family. We will be returning to Toyota of Boardman to purchase our next vehicle. More
