A week after getting my new truck, I had to go back and have them replace the door actuator. After returning home notice d they dropped a screw inside the door while replacing the actuator now it’s just ra have them replace the door actuator. After returning home notice d they dropped a screw inside the door while replacing the actuator now it’s just rattling every time the door is open or closed… so I went back for an oil change I personally showed this issue to the service manager drew so it gets fixed, after the oil change I get in and checked the door and they flat out lied on the paperwork saying they fix it… well the screw still making the rattle. I will never get any service at this dealership… More

Purchased a new car, Rob was wonderful and helped me through the whole process. For years we’ve bought our cars through Lombard Ford and have always had them serviced there.
