Drew was super helpful when I was having issues with my car last week. He was able to get my car serviced and had a rental ready for me in less than 24 hours! He is always a pleasure to work with and is ex car last week. He was able to get my car serviced and had a rental ready for me in less than 24 hours! It's always easy to speak with the service department, and I feel as if they pay attention to my vehicles needs which I greatly appreciate. Terrible I booked the car in weeks ahead, delivered on a Wednesday 6.30 am. Nobody looked at it or called till Thursday (for Friday noon pickup). On Friday was I booked the car in weeks ahead, delivered on a Wednesday 6.30 am. Nobody looked at it or called till Thursday (for Friday noon pickup). On Friday was told that a mechanic had dropped and broken a part (NOX sensor?) and there were none in the US so I would need a loaner for a week or so. Since I was about to travel I explained I would need the loaner for over a month - suddenly the part was found, and the car would probably be ready for Saturday. On Friday I collected the loaner, which was almost out of gas! Nobody called on Saturday to say if the car was ready or not. Along the way Matt explained "there are other VW service centers you can go to" (indeed, there are). Untimely and poor service. Drew (IMHO an excellent employee) was helpful but that can only go so far when the service is so awful, the laoner car so low on gas, the communication so poor and Matt's quote. More

He was also very helpful in working with me to come up with an affordable contract that fit within my budget. Overall, I had a very positive and pleasant experience at Wellesley VW and would highly recommend looking up Jens Albrecht if you are in the market to purchase a VW in the near future.
