From the moment we purchased our brand new vehicle, we have had nothing but issues and inconsistencies with the sales person and management. Additionally, as military purchasing a vehicle outside of our h have had nothing but issues and inconsistencies with the sales person and management. While the service department has always been helpful, we will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would discourage others as well. More

Salesman Stephen Gomez appeared busy but stopped what he was doing to help me as I looked around for assistance. The dealership did not add an "upcharge" that is common among most dealerships these days due to our current medical/financial complications which was very appreciated. 1.75%/48-month Toyota financing was a pleasant surprise. the finance and service managers were attentive and professional. The salesman explained all the features and was available of follow-up. The service department added accessories in a timely manner. Overall, a pleasant experience. More

My sales rep Augustina was friendly and very frank about the car buying experience during a time with massive computer chip shortages and supply chain issues. She provided honest responses to my status queries and assisted me in having my vehicle customized the way that I wanted. More
