He really listened to what I wanted in a car and accommodated I bought my 2012 Prius C at Andrew Toyota in 2013. Prentiss Farsee was my sales person. He really listened to what I wanted in a car and accommodated my needs in a swift and efficient manner. Any time that I stop in at Andrew for any type of servicing, Prentiss not only says "hi' but he says "Hi Jane!". What a delight!!!! The service people are top notch. I don't believe that I'd ever go to another dealership and I have had a Toyota for many, many years. The "C" is wonderful. The staff is outstanding! More
