Wouldn't go anywhere else for my car I have owned Toyota vehicles since 1986, but for a brief 4 year period when I owned an Acura 12 years ago. I have purchased and serviced all of my ca I have owned Toyota vehicles since 1986, but for a brief 4 year period when I owned an Acura 12 years ago. I have purchased and serviced all of my cars (Previas, Sienna and Hylander Hybrid) exclusively at Andrew Toyota, and have always appreciated and trusted the services I have received. I just recently traded in my 2006 Highlander Hybrid for a new 2015 Highlander Hybrid, with Mark Doedens being the salesman. Although there was a 4 month wait for the new car, Mark did his best to obtain the Highlander for me, and kept me posted every step of the way as to what was going on, and when I might expect delivery. I have had the car now for just around 3 weeks, and, so far, just love it. I am still in the process of figuring out all of the electronic/digital details, and know that it will take some time to learn all of the capabilities of the system, but it's really a fun car to drive. I will certainly plan on servicing it again exclusively through Andrew Toyota - really a quality dealership. More

Longtime Returning Customer I have been a customer of Andrew's Toyota since 1996, when I moved back to Milwaukee. Since then I have purchased 3 new cars, a 2000 Camry, a 2011 Hig I have been a customer of Andrew's Toyota since 1996, when I moved back to Milwaukee. Since then I have purchased 3 new cars, a 2000 Camry, a 2011 Highlander and my recent purchase, a 2014 Highlander. I want to say thank you to Mark Doedens who truly made my trade in and new purchase experience seamless. I am the type of person who loves to shop, but hates to be sold and Mark, KC Han and Peter Klein all went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable each and every time I came in to test drive, get my questions answered and when I finally decided on my vehicle purchase. I was always made to feel like I was NOT being pressured. Mark was very professional and easy to work with. He kept in constant communication with me about every step of the process and anytime I would call he would always call back in a timely manner. Laurie Differt in the financing department also was able to obtain a fantastic financing rate which was much lower than either of my credit unions could match. She is great to work with. Honest and thorough with the paperwork. Duane, and Allen in the service department are always willing to answer any questions and most of the time I can call on my way in and any issues I have are addressed on the spot. It has been 4 months and I LOVE my new Highlander. More

Love my new Rav4 ! I did not look forward to buying a new vehicle due to past purchases at other dealers. My experience at Andrew was so different. There was no pressure and he made my new vehicle purchase go so smoothly. I would highly recommend Marc to friends and family. I will be back when a need another! More

My Parents and I have had a great relationship with Andrew Toyota/Scion for over a decade. We have bought and serviced Toyotas, and more recently a Scion from Andrews. At all times, my elderly Paren Andrew Toyota/Scion for over a decade. We have bought and serviced Toyotas, and more recently a Scion from Andrews. At all times, my elderly Parents, and I have been treated with respect, courtesy, and truthfulness by the sales team, service writers, and office personnel! I now reside in WY, and tried to make a good deal on a new Corolla here and even in Colorado for over six months, both on the internet and by phone to no avail. The prices I received were outrageous, and the customer service was very poor. I needed a vehicle, so with nothing to lose, I decided to call up Andrew Toyota to see if they could make me a good deal on a Corolla. Within a couple of days, Peter Klein and Michael Oppermann coordinated a great deal for me on a new Corolla. I wired the cash to them, knowing that they were a reputable dealership and so had no fear, whatsoever, that the cash would be misappropriated in any way. The integrity of both Peter and Michael along with Andrew Toyota/Scion is impeccable and without question! Remember, we had a decade of excellent history with Andrews both with their Sales and Service Departments. Peter even sent the shuttle to pick me up from the train station. I had bought the Corolla, sight unseen, and Michael had even seen to it the the beautiful pinstriping had been done! I was very happy, yet after a few days, my back gave out, so I returned to Andrews to see what they could do to help me find a vehicle with more support for my ailing back. Once again, both Michael and Peter came to my rescue, a.k.a. Batman and Robin, and introduced me to a Scion XB !!! I was ecstatic, as this Scion had a lumbar support built into the seat, and it rode higher off the ground, so I did not feel every bump in the road!! This Scion also held the road very well and steered like a Sherman Tank . I felt very safe driving this vehicle with all of the extra safety features, and airbags! Another great feature of this Scion was the Pioneer 160 waats Stereo system! I was definitely in Heaven with the Pioneer system! Also the bluetooth was another great addition to this Scion! Michael and Peter knew that I had a 1200 mile drive home, and were very concerned that I felt safe and comfortable in this new Scion, as this was my first Scion. Honestly, when was the last tome that any car salesman ever CARED that you were happy and safe with your new vehicle? I had to drive I-80 home and encountered black ice, snow, sleet, and heavy winds for most of my journey. This Scion handled all of this bad weather PERFECTLY! And, yes, it drove like a Sherman Tank, confidently, and with the utmost of precision and safety. Yes, I did have to pay a little more cash to finalize the deal on the Scion, yet every penny was worth it to me, because I am 100% satisfied with my ScionXB, and my back has never had a pain at all with that great lumbar support in the seat! I just made a 1,300 mile trip, followed by a 600 mile trip ten days later, and both the Scion and I are in perfect shape! When I was on my way out of town for a long business trip, I again called up Andrews for some additional information on the ScionXB, and talked to Mr. Duane Domagalski, Service Manger. This gentleman is 'cut of the same cloth" as Peter and Michael are. He politely gave me the information I needed, not noted in the manual, so once again I felt confident to continue my trip . It is so nice to know that eventhough I was 1,400 miles away from Milwaukee, Duane took the time to answer my questions promptly. Duane, just like Peter and Michael, believe that good customer service can never be compromised in the least! Once a customer at Andrews, always a customer!! When I decide to buy another car, I will be back at Andrews/Scion once again. That is a given!! More
