I had the best experience deciding and purchasing a new vehicle ever. From the moment I opened the door to Nissan I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the receptionist. She immediately got me John in sales to work with. He patiently asked questions about what my needs and wants were and also how I planned to use the vehicle. After narrowing it down to 2 different models and we drove them both and talked about the pros and cons of each as we were driving. Never felt pressured or belittled in any way. From John Milligan, service, finance, and all the management team I was treated with respect and everyone of them made me feel like I was part of the family instantly. I got the best deal I feel I could have gotten plus gained friendship with the great folks at Nissan of Cookeville. I am confident I will be in good hands for a long time to come. They gave me a bad car. They did give me a contract. They didn't give me the car for what they said. They didn't give me the money.
