My experience with Ramsey BMW was excellent. The salesman was easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The person handling the financing was personable, knowledgeable and patient was easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The person handling the financing was personable, knowledgeable and patient in explaining financing. The woman teaching the technical aspects of all the new features was top notch. My old car is 14 years old and as you can imagine a lot has changed in the features. She was patient and explained things in an east to understand way. Overall, excellent experience. Bob Kanen More

My car lease was up and I wanted a hot new car, but was on a budget. Dwayne heard me out completely and found amazing cars with all of the features I wanted, right within my budget. Dwayne was persistent i on a budget. Dwayne heard me out completely and found amazing cars with all of the features I wanted, right within my budget. Dwayne was persistent in the best way possible, following up with me on a regular basis to ensure he was communicating any updates on new cars coming in. Dwayne was patient and worked with me over several weeks, not pushing me or rushing me to make a decision, rather, helping me find something I was certain about. I finally found the car of my dreams, thanks to Dwayne, and am so grateful for the whole experience! I definitely plan to continue working with Dwayne in the future. More
