Ed is the best. Ed was extremely helpful and patient. We weren’t sure which model we were looking for. Ed took the time to walk around and dive a few different models. Ed made the difference and chose Honda because of time and effort he put into making sure we happy with our decision. Great sales people make all the difference in my opinion. More

Why is there no excellent button above? I originally came in on 12/31/13 to purchase a used CRV, thinking that was what I could afford. But after a very helpful salesman, Edward Bunich, helped to show came in on 12/31/13 to purchase a used CRV, thinking that was what I could afford. But after a very helpful salesman, Edward Bunich, helped to show me several options, It made no sense not to buy new. The price was right and Edward was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I enjoyed buying a new vehicle with Edward's help and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere from all the staff especially Eddie in Finance. It was closing time and they never made me feel like it was! I will definitely recommend Rich Case Honda to all my friends! Thank you Rick Case, thank you Edward Bunich and Eddie Figueredo.....excellent customer service! More
