Rick Case is the Best! My husband saw that my tire had a screw in it. He took it to Firestone who told him that the chances were such that the tire was irreparable and may n My husband saw that my tire had a screw in it. He took it to Firestone who told him that the chances were such that the tire was irreparable and may need to be replaced. Got Karen on the phone at Rick Case Service- she asked for a photo of the screw and my VIN.. She set me up with the repair of the tire. Everyone was friendly and efficient! Thanks! More
